Fighting to stop smoking on the big screen

A recent article in Newsworks spotlights research done by Dr. James Sargent, a professor of pediatrics at the Geisel School of Medicine, and collaborator with research faculty in the Center for Social Brain Sciences. Dr. Sargent is the researcher who first showed that the more teenagers watch movies with smoking, the more likely they are to take up the habit.
